- Valzaar 160 Tablet is an antihypertensive medication containing valsartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB).
- It is used mainly for treating high blood pressure (hypertension), managing heart failure, and reducing risk of death after a recent heart attack.
- It works by blocking the effect of angiotensin II, relaxing and widening blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood.
