- Tiaprex 25MG Tablet contains Tiapride and is classified as an atypical antipsychotic.
- This medication is primarily used to manage behavioral disorders, such as agitation, aggression in elderly patients, involuntary and abnormal movements (dyskinesia), and symptoms of schizophrenia.
- It works by selectively blocking Dopamine D2 and D3 receptors in the brain, reducing excessive dopamine activity, and thus helping to improve psychiatric and neurological symptoms.
