Manforce Staylong Tablet is prescribed by doctors for the following conditions in adult men:

• Erectile Dysfunction (ED) : Erectile dysfunction is the inability to achieve or maintain a firm erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual activity. Sildenafil, one of the active ingredients in Manforce Staylong Tablet, works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis and increasing blood flow when sexually stimulated. This makes it easier to get and keep an erection. It is important to note that Sildenafil only works when there is sexual stimulation — it does not cause an erection on its own.

How Does Manforce Staylong Tablet Work?

Manforce Staylong Tablet works through the combined action of its two active ingredients:

• Sildenafil (50mg) For Erectile Dysfunction : Sildenafil is a Phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) inhibitor. During sexual stimulation, the body releases nitric oxide which relaxes the smooth muscles in the penis, allowing blood to flow in and produce an erection. The PDE5 enzyme normally breaks down a chemical called cGMP that supports this process. Sildenafil blocks PDE5, allowing cGMP to build up, the blood vessels to stay relaxed, and the erection to be maintained. The effect of Sildenafil begins within 30 to 60 minutes and lasts for up to 4 to 6 hours.
• Dapoxetine (30mg) For Premature Ejaculation : Dapoxetine is a fast-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). It works by temporarily inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin in the nervous system. Manforce Staylong Tablet Dosage

Always take Manforce Staylong Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. General dosage guidelines are as follows:

• Recommended Dose  : One tablet per day, only when needed
• When to Take : 1 to 3 hours before planned sexual activity
• How to Take : Swallow whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet
• With or Without Food : Can be taken with or without food. A heavy or fatty meal may slow down the onset of action
• Maximum Dose : Do not exceed one tablet in any 24-hour period
• Daily Use  : This medicine is NOT for daily use. Take it only before sexual activity

Before taking Manforce Staylong Tablet, inform your doctor if you have or have ever had any of the following:

• Heart disease, heart attack, or stroke
• Uncontrolled high or low blood pressure
• Liver or kidney disease
• Epilepsy or seizures
• Depression, anxiety, or any psychiatric disorder
• Glaucoma (increased eye pressure)
• A physical deformity of the penis
• Blood cell disorders such as sickle cell anaemia or leukaemia

Do not take this medicine if you:

• Are allergic to Sildenafil, Dapoxetine, or any ingredient in the tablet
• Are taking nitrate medicines for chest pain or heart conditions (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate) — combining these with Sildenafil can cause a dangerous and potentially fatal drop in blood pressure
• Are a woman or under 18 years of age
• Have been told by a doctor to avoid sexual activity due to cardiovascular risk
• Alcohol: Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine. Alcohol combined with Dapoxetine greatly increases the risk of dizziness and fainting.
