Lupenox 40mg Syringe is an anticoagulant medication containing Enoxaparin, primarily used for preventing and treating harmful blood clots, including deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE).
It is commonly prescribed for patients who have undergone major abdominal, hip, or knee replacement surgeries, those with reduced mobility due to acute illness, and to prevent complications in patients with unstable angina or non-Q wave myocardial infarction.
This product is administered as a prefilled syringe for injection under medical supervision.
Lupenox 40mg is not suitable for individuals with active bleeding disorders, hypersensitivity to its components, or a history of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia.
Use in children or adolescents below 18 years and during certain spinal/epidural procedures is not recommended.
