The registration for both vendors and customers can be performed online. If you are a B2B customer or a vendor, you would however be required to provide some details along with documentation to be verified (as per the Govt of India rule), after which you can be a registered vendor or B2B customer with KOGLAND. For registering as B2C or retails customers, no documentation is required.

Ordering at KOGLAND is simple. If you are shopping for the first time, just follow the below steps. Explore the products on the site www.kogland.com Add all the items you would like to purchase, to the cart. View the cart and click the checkout option. Verify your shipping address. Select and provide your payment details. Place the order. You will receive an order confirmation mail along with order number.
Your orders would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your delivery address. Bulk orders and heavy items/equipment are shipped through surface mode and may take more than 10 days for delivery.
Most orders are packed and delivered at your address within 5-7 business days, however for some products the delivery time may vary depending on size of the order and delivery location.

Unfortunately, as per company policy, a package/consignment cannot be opened before delivery is accepted. However, you can accept the package and email us at [email protected] in case you have any concerns.
We at KOGLAND believe in providing a pleasant and hassle-free shopping experience. However, if you receive an open or tampered package, you may accept it and document it as “opened or tampered upon delivery” on the delivery comments with the service provider. You should subsequently notify us on [email protected] along with pictures of the tampered/opened/damaged package and associated order number and we will get back to you.
Shipping refers to packing and dispatching of your order. Depending on the size of the order this may vary between 3-5 business days. The delivery may take 4-5 business days depending on the delivery address and mode of shipment.

This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

We at KOGLAND believe and work towards providing a pleasant and hassle-free shopping experience. However, there could be situations, where a refund of payment made would have to be processed. Examples. A. Damaged product delivered and returned. B. Wrong product being delivered. C. Long delay in fulfilling the order etc.
Any refunds will be processed back to the same account from which it was made. Ex. Refund for a payment made from a credit/debit card would be processed back to the same credit/debit card

Products purchased through Kogland can be returned under the following conditions: Product received was damaged and /or in an unusable condition. Product received is different from the product you ordered, or the wrong product was delivered to you.
There are a few circumstances under which we cannot support returns. When any consumable product(s) has been used or installed When the product is damaged or not in the same condition that it was received in. When a product has been tampered with or has a missing/tampered serial number. When anything from the delivered package is missing, including and not limited to price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, accessories etc.
